Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a sturdy box, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
